Just a little bit about me …
* I am a native Texan, born in Wichita Falls.
* My sweet and supportive husband, Mark, makes me a smoothie every morning.
* We have 4 amazing children: Danielle 26, James 24, Isabelle 20, Audrey 14.
* Our 3 oldest children started in Kindergarten and graduate from Dripping Springs High School. Audrey will be in the 9th grade at the High School this year.
* We have enjoyed living in this community for 20 years.
* I grew up in the Dallas area and graduated from University of North Texas when it was called North Texas State.
* I love cooking, reading, and attending Austin Stone Community Church.
* I love to laugh, sing and dance.
* Respect, kindness and responsibility are expectations that I have for myself, as well as my students.
* This is my 3rd year to teach 5th grade, and I LOVE 5th graders. I taught 3rd grade for 5 years.
* I started teaching after being a stay at home mom for 17 years. I loved every minute of that time. It benefited my children, and helped prepare me to be a “school mom” for all my students.
* I love and care for my students like they are my own and aspire to be a life-changer for each and every one of them.
